The intricate arrangement of 21 elements in 15 groups, which incorporates exclusive low-dispersion and aspherical glass components, renders images sharp from edge-to-edge even when shooting wide open. Going beyond its game-changing F1.4 aperture capabilities, Sigma designed the 15mm prime with astrophotographers specifically in mind. Rear filter slots, lens heating functionality, and a removable Arca-Swiss tripod foot facilitate multi-hour shoots in harsh nighttime environments, while suppressing flare and ghosting. Despite its advanced optics and solid metal housing, the 15mm Art Fisheye still clocks in at just 1.7 lbs.
