Best ECO Print Shield Protective Coating (Satin, Gallon) Retouching & Hand-Coloring

PremierArt Eco Print Shield is revolutionary new water based protective coating designed specifically for water resistant inkjet canvas. Its advanced polymer technology will not yellow or crack under stretching, and will never go brittle. Eco Print Shield protects all instant dry inkjet canvas from moisture, light, humidity, atmospheric contaminants, abrasion and even fingerprints. No need to use solvent coatings again! Until now, only harmful solvent based coatings were used to protect inkjet canvas prints. This revolutionary water based coating now allows you to replace your solvent based system with an ecologically friendly product.

Eco Print Shield may be applied by roller, brush or High Velocity, Low Pressure, spray gun. HVLP spray guns are very efficient in application, and are easy to use. These systems are highly recommended for production environments, and are available from Premier Imaging Products. For best results, 2 “primer” layers of PremierArt Eco Print Shield Gloss should be applied. The 3rd layer should be your final desired gloss level, either Gloss, Satin or Matte. Therefore even if you prefer Satin or Matte finishes, you would still have to apply a gloss base. This prevents the matting agents that are found in the Satin and Matte from building up and lowering the D-max and visual contrast of the final print.
