Hard case shell made with rigid, puncture-proof air-channeled ABS panels and foam padding. ABS panels disperse shock around exterior shell while interior foam layers absorb the remainder and cushion the lights. Exterior made with water-repellent 1680 denier ballistic nylon, YKK zippers, welded steel D-rings and heavily reinforced stitching.

And we only use the self-healing zippers with specially designed zipper coils that easily reconnect if they separate from over-packing.
